Prices

Low season (entire year except period 2 July to 3 September)
€ 105 per night
​
€ 65,- cleaning costs.
​
When renting for a minimum of 7 nights, the cleaning fee is waived.
High season (2 July to 3 September)
€ 1250,- per week (including cleaning and tourist tax), arrival and departure on Sunday.

During high season, bookings can only be made per week (Sunday to Sunday).
Otherwise, free booking with a minimum of two nights.

Air conditioning
In low season, use of air conditioning (for heat) is included in the price.
In high season, air conditioning is not necessary as it stays quite cool in the gîte.
If you still wish to use the air conditioning, € 10 per day will be charged.
This can be decided on the spot.
Airconditioning
In het laagseizoen zit gebruik van de airconditioning (voor warmte) bij de prijs inbegrepen.
In het hoogseizoen is airconditioning niet noodzakelijk omdat het in de gîte vrij koel blijft.
Wilt u toch gebruik maken van de airconditioning wordt € 10,- per dag in rekening gebracht. Dit kan ter plaatse worden besloten.
Reception
We are happy to welcome you between 16.00 and 21.00
Departure
Checking out is by 10:00 am at the latest.
Pets
Dogs (and other pets in consultation) max. 1 are very welcome!
We do ask that you respect the following:
- We assume your responsibility and liability for your pets
- Your pets are used to children
- Pets are not left alone in the gîte
- Pets are not allowed in the pool
- Pets are allowed to run loose in the garden under your supervision
- There are materials available to 'clean up'

There is a €75 charge for additional cleaning costs.
Remaining appointments
- The main booker must be at least 21 years old
- Parties and/or gatherings are not allowed
- The gîte is designed for a maximum of 5 adults (plus 1 baby)
- Only registered guests are allowed to use the facilities
